About Us:

Joe Misner, Director and Founder
Joe has the honor of being selected to compete in the first Extreme Mustang Makeover in 2007. Since then he has competed in 19 Extreme Mustang Makeovers, and was Norco CA Extreme Mustang Makeover Champion in 2014. Also in 2014 he was chosen to establish and develop the Wild Horse Inmate Program in Sacramento CA at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Facility "R3C". He ran the program for 5 years. With his wife of 30 years, Missy, he developed a 6 Level Wild Horse Certification training curriculum to teach inmates how to train Bureau of Land Management Mustangs. A documentary "A Horse, a Convict, and a Chance for Change" was made about the R3C Program by Sacramento Bee News Reporter Autumn Payne. The documentary won several awards at the International Equine Film Festival. Joe had attended Western Montana College and was led to move back to Montana and continue educating people about Mustangs through the Wild2Ride Academy that is currently in Missoula, Montana.
Dave Bullock, Director
Dave and his family moved to Montana in 2021 and began attending Wild2Ride Academy as a student. Dave is a retired executive, but currently serves as the President of Faith Alive USA which supports a Hospital in Nigeria. Dave has held executive positions with Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings (CFO), Graham Packaging Company Inc. (CFO) and UAP Holding Corporation (CFO/COO). He also held various positions with FMC Corporation, Air Products and Chemicals Inc., and Westinghouse Electric, and has served on various public and private company boards. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
